The right move,
made with care.

A Chicago suburbs relocation and new-construction advisor for families who want to get this decision right.

You're not stretching to afford a home — you're optimizing to make the right one. Which suburb. Which school district. The contract behind a new build. I do the work most agents won't — and I answer my own phone.

How families work with me

Three ways I help you get it right

01 Relocating in

Relocation

Moving from another metro or from the city, where your money bought less. You need a guide to the right town before you ever tour a home.

  • School districts mapped to towns & neighborhoods
  • The trade-offs across Naperville, the Fox Valley & the wider western suburbs
  • What your budget actually buys here
  • Remote tours & honest video walkthroughs
02 Building new

New Construction

The sales office works for the builder — not for you. I read the contract, watch the upgrades, and protect your resale value.

  • Register me first — or lose representation
  • Design center — where to spend & skip
  • The builder's lender — rarely the better deal
  • Pre-drywall inspection & warranty review
03 Moving up

Move-Up Buyers

  • Forever-home fit for the next 10–15 years
  • Stronger schools as the kids grow
  • The right neighborhood, not just the right house
  • Sell & buy sequenced so you're not caught between
  • Honest counsel on what's worth it — and what isn't

What it costs to work with me

On new construction, the builder almost always pays my fee. On resale, we negotiate for the seller to cover it.

What most of my buyers pay me out of pocket — and you'll know your exact number before we write a single offer.

Compensation is negotiable, and I put mine in writing upfront — no surprises at the closing table. What you're paying for either way: someone reading the contract for you, sitting at the design center so you don't get upsold into a six-figure mistake, and showing up to the pre-drywall inspection — the one window you can't get back.

The Principle

My job is to protect you — before I ever ask for anything.

I don't hard-sell, and I don't spin. If a neighborhood has a downside, I'll tell you. If new construction isn't the right move for your family, I'll say so. Serious buyers respect an agent who's honest about the trade-offs.

Read the guides. Run the tools. Take notes. And when you're ready to talk — about a town, a builder, a contract, or just whether the move makes sense — you know where to find me. I answer my own phone.

Chicago’s Western Suburbs

From the city’s edge to the Fox Valley.

I cover the western suburbs broadly — and go deepest where it counts: the Fox Valley and new construction. The real work is in the micro-markets: which school boundary a street falls in, which builder is worth it, where the commute breaks.
